Both Orientation Nurses and Leadership have access to this page, the display is organized to enable Leaders to understand progress and the current goals for the Learner.
The page is organized to display constant data points on the left that are used to sort and create the benchmark for the Learner followed by Quick Links. The most important details about the Learner's current progress are highlighted in the central area: Orientation Nurse, Preceptors, Focus Topics, Roles, and published goals. Scrolling down the page are various listviews that contain detailed information.
Quick Links
These links appear on the left side of the page or at the top of the page on a mobile device. They are used to navigate around the page or to another associated page view.

Leader Meetings
Listing of upcoming and previously held Leader Meetings. This list view links to the Leader Update page where an Orientation Nurse schedules a meeting, sets the agenda, and sends an invite to the Leader. The Leader documents the meeting and updates are sent to subscribed users.
Formal Evaluations
Listing of Formal Learner and Formal Preceptor Evaluations. The most recent set of Formal Evaluations formulates the Learner's current goals displayed above.
Learner Evaluation Progress
The Learner Evaluations are summarized and grouped as defined in the Configuration record for the Role.
Each Role has a table that displays an average score for each domain. The scores can be grouped by week or by the number of shifts. For example, if a learner has oriented to the RN role and is now learning the Triage RN role there will be a table for each.

Preceptor Evaluation Results
Similar to the Learner Evaluation summaries defined above, this is a table that summarizes the ratings assigned to all preceptors grouped by a defined period for each domain.

Learner Action Plans
This function is designed to identify challenges, determine the root of the problem, and document the steps that are being taken to get the learner back on track.
This listview displays Learner Action Plans that have been reported, are in progress, and are resolved. The Orientation Nurses and Leaders can collaborate on how they will support the Learner to make the necessary improvements to their practice. This is not designed to be used to document deficiencies or to replace error reporting.
Knowledge Check and Clinical Development Grid
This display highlights completed Clinical Development Grids or Knowledge Checks that have been assigned to the Learner. Both represent the Learner’s overall development or evaluate their understanding of concepts. Further details on the courses they have participated in can be found on their Transcript (pg. 127).
