The onboarding checklist is initially based on the template checklist defined by each role. Up to 75 tasks can be placed on the list. The list can be updated by multiple users; each item tracks the user who updated it and when.
An additional line item will appear for another task as soon as the "step" has text entered. Items within the custom portion of the list can be reorganized if needed. Each item has a field for notes to be placed on the progress of the task. The list can be exported to PDF or printed.
