The site is designed to as a Frontend application that is divided into a public and private section. Learner and Preceptor users have access to the public functions, these pages are accessed by utilizing links sent to the user (Daily Evaluations and Course Survey) for data collection and information sharing on the Leaner/Preceptor Public pages.

The majority of the site is private and allows Orientation Nurses and Leadership Users to review and analyze progress on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis. Orientation Nurses and Leadership Users can also compare learner progress to benchmarks and learner-to-learner. In time this will allow a correlation between intervention and outcome.

Data tables are inter-connected to allow this data to be leveraged across complex factors… For example, how do learners progress on days vs. evenings? Or how has participating in a course impacted patient outcomes? Intime factors will emerge that can be linked to longer tenures and improved patient outcomes that will create a template for success to be followed.
