Like the other export pages, the Export Knowledge Checks has filter options at the top of the screen. It also includes an additional section that allows users to analyze the responses.
- First click: , select the items to include in the dataset. Focus the responses to the template, an individual course instance, or even a sub-section of questions that were included. Select the participants who have been assigned to review the responses.
- Next click: . Review the data displayed on the tables below. Each table will become its own sheet on the exported document.
- Finally click: to save the displayed data as an .xls document.
The Knowledge Check Export also includes analysis of the answers that were selected in responses. Further instruction on that feature is found here.

Questions can have multple correct answers to best determine the number of correct responses to be counted a question also analyzes how many correct responses the question is looking for. The example above includes a multiple choice question where the participant could have selected one of two answers and still been correct.
Export Tables
This page view allows a user to select, preview then save data from the Knowledge Check questions, templates, assignments, and anaswers data tables and related fields to an XLS file. Relevant details from the Learner, Preceptor, and Course tables are included in each row.
Data can be only exported for 1 Knowledge Check at a time, there are options to filter the data for the Course where the knowledge check was assigned, the Question category, the individual participants.
